Looking for the perfect pastrami

I was inspired by the Famous Sam’s Pastrami sandwich to attempt to make my own pastrami sandwich. This is my 2nd attempt. I used the good stuff too, Board’s Head sliced pastrami. This time I tried frying the pastrami, instead of grilling it like my 1st attempt. Threw in some sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and 1000 island dressing to top off the rest of the sandwich. Note to self: stick with grilling the pastrami, use different bread, and get better quality swiss cheese.

Foreign Exchange is Nicolay x Phonte (Little Brother). But where is Phonte on the track?!?! Regardless, this whole track is so soulful. For those that have never heard Foreign Exchange’s first album Connected, it’s a classic, just basically 17 more tracks like this but with Phonte.

Mininova now getting hit

With the upcoming sale and “death” of The Pirate Bay, Mininova is now getting heat from authorities. The Utrecht District Court ordered Mininova to remove all copyrighted works from its website.

Flash Cookies

I’ve never heard of Adobe Flash Cookies until I read about them in this Wired article. Flash cookies are different than browser cookies in that they actually track and hold more personal information (100k compared to a browser cookie at 4k) that can be an issue to your privacy. The real issue here is that the Flash data can actually “re-spawn” already deleted browser cookies creating new ones. The Flash Cookies can’t be controlled through your browser privacy settings, and must be deleted from the Adobe website instead. More info and how to delete them in the links below.
