Adobe Flash/Reader exploit!
Posted by DJ Balance | Filed under Uncategorized

There’s a security hole in Adobe Acrobat 9.1.2, Flash 9 and 10, and Reader. It’s not the PDF files that are under attack, it’s the Adobe Flash functions built into it that are susceptible to attack. Attackers have been using poisoned attachments in e-mail as well as Web sites hosting poisoned Flash movies. What’s worse is that turning off Javascript in your browser won’t help with these attacks. Adobe has plans to release an update on July 30 for Flash 9 and 10 and update to Reader and Acrobat by July 31. What I find weird is that Adobe has known about this flaw since December 2008. HHhhmmmm.

Time spent on Facebook increases by 700%
Posted by DJ Balance | Filed under Uncategorized

Between April 2008 and April 2009, the total time spent on Facebook increased by 700% It went from 1.7 billion minutes in 2008 to 13.9 billion minutes in 2009. Wow, those are some crazy numbers. Facebook’s value is now estimated at $10 billion. I wish I would’ve invested in it back when.
I just recently moved to Facebook and I don’t even remember the last time I logged into Myspace. Honestly, I think Facebook is superior to Myspace in every way.
